OUR STORY
Founded in Delaware, USA, in 2007 by engineer Mike Howard, DB Sound Products began by developing high-current Class AB and Class H amplifiers built for heavy-duty commercial use.
As the brand grew, we expanded from amplification into full transducer design, launching commercial cinema and live performance loudspeakers in 2009, followed by touring line arrays in 2011. To serve the luxury residential market, we established our Private Cinema division in 2015, spinning it off a year later into our dedicated high-end brand, ORO by DB Sound.
Today, DB Sound operates as a global pro-audio manufacturer with a portfolio of over 90 products, a direct subsidiary in India, and co-engineering partnerships with technology pioneers such as ICEpower in Denmark.

Great acoustic design requires both intellectual precision and industrial scale.That’s the reason why db Sound operates on a hybrid operational structure designed to deliver European sonic character without the inflated cost structure of traditional boutique brands.

An expansive 24,000 sq. ft. ISO-certified facility featuring fully automated SMT and PCB assembly lines for 2-channel and 4-channel power amplifiers.
